Amy Stanley This is very good. My husband has suffered from reflux for years. I've finally convinced him to start healing his stomache and get off the Nexium. We've cut him down to less than half of his regular dose and working on more. Water kefir and a stomach healing tea (with aloe vera juice) has really helped.
Alexa Croft So great Amy! I've heard aloe vera juice does wonders. We've been healing my son's gut for three years and we are getting there. It can take time. We've really been liking the Sugar-Free "Apple Cider" (on my website) that we add Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, too. :)
Amy Stanley I make my own ACV. I found a recipe and since we go through so many apples, it's really easy and turns out great!
