Bake marbles at 325/350 for 20 minutes. Put in ice water to make them crack inside. Glue end caps with starter rings. Pretty necklace.
Glitter key:: 1. Apply Elmers Glue & glitter 2. Let dry for an hour 3. Repeat steps for other side 4. Seal with nail polish top coat
