Protein Ranch Dressing- 55 calories for 1/4 CUP. Tastes great, not too sure about the consistency. Next time I will add more milk.

Lesley Moser I love steel cut oats. I just cook them on the stove. I always cook enough for the week then store the extra in single serving containers in the fridge. I dress them before I store them. Then I can just microwave them and eat. way faster and yummier and healthier than fast food. great for any meal, not just breakfast. Last week we had a steel cut oats buffet. I cooked the oats and then sat out chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, honey, applesauce, and caramel. The boys had so much fun decorating and eating their oats. It was so easy and fun. :)
Laura Neiman Yum - I think I'm pretty much the only steel cut oats addict in the house. Paul will reluctantly eat it, but the kids don't embrace it at all. I eat it with milk and yogurt mixed in several days a week!
