I actually tried these recipes I've seen floating around Pinterest time and time again, and they turned out bad enough that I feel it my duty to WARN YOU.
Extraordinarily bland - may have been tastier if made with shard cheddar rather than the Italian cheeses. Leftover, though, this was inedible. It took on a foul smell and texture, and we ended up throwing it all out. THUMBS DOWN.
crock pot beef dip sandwich - this looks amazing in the picture. It was so meh in real life. I dunno what I did wrong, but it was incredibly dry, as soon as you spooned it out of the au jus onto the bread. Not a keeper at our house.

Hmm --> BAKED FRIED CHICKEN! This is a family favorite and tastes just like KFC! The good part....no skin & no frying! These Chicken tenders are baked and simply divine! A sure family pleaser!

I'm not sure if this is a keeper. It's good IN THE CROCKPOT. (I made it on the stovetop and poured it into my tiny dip crockpot) Nearly the moment you put it in a dish or on your plate, it congeals into a practically solid substance.

Crockpot Orange Chicken - MEH. Meh, I say. Editing this pin of mine to report that I made this recipe tonight, and we thought it was pretty ick. None of my four little ones would eat it at all. My teenager grudgingly ate it, and my husband ate a little. I threw out the leftovers. NOT a keeper!

muffin tin mini-lasagnas - not sure what I did wrong, but I couldn't even get these out of the pan, they were all mooshy and gross, with soft bottoms and burned edges. My friend Amy made them and loved them, though, so maybe I just fucked it up.

Amy Lynn Haha! This is funny. I think if I remember correctly the trick was that you had to cook the wontons for a few minutes before you loaded them,. I don't know, that was a long time ago.

cupcake_ninja I tried this tonight. It looked NOTHING like the pic and I followed the instructions to the T. If you're looking for a KFC copycat, this isn't it. It was still tasty, but nothing like KFC and LOADED with sodium. I guess the sodium part resembles KFC. I might try it with chicken that has skin on it next time but I'm not expecting anything better. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, just not even remotely close to KFC.

Tiffany Griffin I did not like these at all. I agree with @cupcake_ninja that they taste nothing like KFC.
