Stir cucumber into cream cheese, spread on tortillas, layer with turkey slices and roll up. Use low-fat cream cheese and tortillas. Easy lunch!

Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min.

baked parmesan tilapia. Note: I used a lemon olive oil and some tarragon in place of thyme. Will make again and play around with different herbs.
