Rosemary and Red Wine #Beef Saute - Turned out ok despite not having enough wine (the shame!). Basically, it was just stir-fried steak.
Brown Sugar & #Balsamic Glazed #Pork Loin -- Another easy slow cooker recipe. Honestly, I feel like you could season the meat however you'd like (even just plain salt and pepper), because the glaze steals the show. Balsamic vinegar as the base for any sauce instantly makes it amazing!

Tater-Tot Casserole - I loved when my mom used to make tater-tot casserole. Not sure if this recipe was the same as my mom followed, but it was simple and turned out well. Note - If you aren't an onion fan, I would reduce the amount recommended in the recipe. It was a high onion to meet ratio.
Slow-Cooker Baked Potato Soup -- Very good, and super easy to make. Definitely making it again!

Easy Oreo Truffles -- We made them with regular oreos the first time around. Good, but nothing special. Second time, used mint oreos. Definitely better with the mint!

Absolute Best Crockpot Beef Stroganoff -- It was ok. Couldn't find the Golden Mushroom Soup; maybe would have made a different. But the cream cheese flavor was a little too strong for my taste.
