Grilled pepper and pineapple quesadillas. Just made up this recipe for dinner, SO GOOD!! Green and red peppers, sweet onion, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese in a tortilla. Throw on the grill for a couple of minutes each side. Homemade BBQ sauce on the side for dipping: ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic powder. ~rs
