Boys, if you don't want to wear a jacket, how about just a fabulous, fitted vest? This is too cute. Notice the pinstripe shirt and her plaid dress. Darker than I'd normally be drawn to, but so beautiful.

If you're casual people, this is casual done right, in my opinion! I love her look, personally, I would've dressed up my man a bit more, but if you can't get your guy out of t-shirts, this will do. PS, I don't recommend short sleeves on guys, so the layered white long sleeve tee is the way to go.

This bubblegum pink dress could be interpreted as 80s gone wrong, but to me it feels like cotton Marchesa and is oh-so-right. The color, ooooooh!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

OK, the gentleman's denim-esque shirt is so fab. I also love her black and white look. B&W can be so tricky, but she did it beautifully. This feels to J.Crew.
Not a heels girl? Or concerned about towering over your man? Flats can be cute too. Especially when paired with awesome styling across the board. Oh, how I wish I would have shot this session. I need to get a peach cardi, stat.

If you want to keep it plain and simple, fall colors are flattering on almost everyone. Please opt for sweaters instead of t-shirts. This couple matched their surroundings and looked fabulous. This session could've easily been jazzed up with a fun skirt, a cute belt around the cardi, accessories galore and amazing heels, but this styling fit this low-key couple perfectly.

The colors are bold, but it works perfectly in the gray/cold of December. Kristi should definitely consider a career as a stylist, as this shoot was um, awesome. All clothes by J.Crew (of course). Notice the tee, with the heather gray cardi, with the chartreuse puffer vest. Throw in a scarf in a contrasting shade for funsies. Yeah, this was good!

Oh, yes, I'm pinning more from this session. Please notice Kelsy's amazing necklace. Ladies, do not forget about accessories. I am a huge fan of bold, plentiful accessories. We can always subtract, if needed. But, really, why would we need to? :-)

Kelsy and Butch win the award for one of my favoritely styled sessions. Aparently, favoritely isn't a word, but I don't care. Kelsey's sheersucker (in baby blue and white) dress was perfection and complimented Butch's pastel plaid shirt. I love mixing patterns. Throw in the bike (their family owns a bike shop in Wisconsin)... heaven!

It's true. Nolan rocked a pastel pink shirt, baby blue shorts and a coordinating tie. It was fabulous. Des balanced him out with a crisp white dress. Love these summery whites/pastels.
