Cheesy Chicken Ranch Lasagna 2 (12 oz) cans evap milk 1 pkg. dry Salad Dressing 3 C. cooked, chicken 1/8 tsp pepper 1 (16oz) lasagna noodles, cooked 1 1/2 to 2 C ched. cheese 1 1/2 to 2 C moz. cheese Combine evap milk & dressing & pepper in a 3 heavy saucepan. Heat on low, stir frequently til dry ingred.s are dissolved. Simmer, uncovered, 25 mins, stir frequently. Sauce will thicken. Layer lasagna noodles, chicken, sauce, & cheese in greased pan. Bake 350 for 35 min. until bubbly.

Gotta try this...string cheese chopped into bite size pieces, dipped in milk and bread crumbs, baked at 425 for 8-10 minutes- serve with marinara sauce! It's baked not fried!

For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! Must try this.
