SW Chopped Salad 2 c shredded chicken 1 green pepper, diced 1 can black beans, rinsed 1 can sweet yellow corn (or 1 c frozen corn, thawed) 2 tomatoes, diced 4 green onions, sliced 1 head ice berg lettuce, chopped 1/4 c cilantro, chopped 2 avocados, diced 1 c tortilla chips, crushed Dressing 1/2 c mayo 2/3 c Greek yogurt 1 Tbs ranch seasoning 1 Tbs taco seasoning Combine salad ingredients -except tortilla chips. Combine dressing ingredients & add until it's to your liking. Top w/ chips

Guacamole by Jonathan Waxman: Get a molcajete and smash cilantro, jalapeno, and onion until it turns into a slurry, almost like a soup. Then dice the avacado - don’t smash it. Put it in a bowl and put the slurry on top. Just add in sea salt and put a little lime juice on top, and that’s it.

Melt down chocolates to create shells for serving berries or ice cream. Inflate balloons and clip them with a binder clip. Dunk balloons into slightly cooled, melted chocolate. Wait about a minute and then dunk again. Place chocolate dipped balloons on a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set. Remove balloons from shells

1 Tbs olive oil 6-8 oz lean steak 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar 1 tsp agave 2-3 cups greens 2 Tbs chopped basil 1/4 cup strawberries 2 Tbs feta or goat cheese Add 1/2 Tbs olive oil to pan over med/high heat. Season steak with salt & pepper. Cook for 2-3 min (both sides) or until desired doneness. Transfer to plate & let sit for a few min. Whisk vinegar, olive oil, agave, salt & pepper. Add the greens & basil and toss. Place greens on a plate. Add strawberries & cheese, sliced steak over greens.
Green Monsters. Throw in a bunch of fruits bananas blueberries strawberries peaches raspberries and then a wee bit of Greek yogurt and honey, then a whopping pile of fresh spinach which you won't even taste.

Spicy Pretzels Ingredients 15 oz Bag of Small Pretzels 6 oz Canola or Vegetable Oil 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper* 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1.5 tsp Lemon Pepper *You can add another teaspoon of cayenne pepper if you'd like your pretzels REALLY hot. Directions Mix together seasoning and oil. Place pretzels in large ziploc bag (the gallon size works for one batch), add seasoning mix, and toss periodically for 12-24 hours before serving
