Stick with it. Don't give up when it doesn't happen overnight or "no one even notices." It is easy to get wrapped up in a self pity party. It is also easy to burn out, injure yourself and be down for weeks or months if you go after it so hard..trying to do it all in a week! As M said..keep at it..it takes time if you do it the right way. (
