Orange Coconut Pancakes Makes 7 7 eggs 1tbsp orange rind Juice from 1/2 an orange Mix those three ingredients Then add: 1/2 cup cashew flour or almond flour (coconut flour is too dry but will work if u add oil to the batter) Mix. Then slowly add in finely shredded coconut until its at a batter consistency. Let batter sit in fridge 5-10 min. Then cook as regular!
