Korean Beef - YUM, this was good and really easy to make. I added a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Per available ingredients and husband preferences I used powdered ginger, onion and garlic. I would use something other than hamburger meat in the future (steak or pork maybe?) but for a cheap, fast meal hamburger worked perfectly!

Perfect summer drink! Blend 1 can frozen limeade, 1/2 can sprite, 2 cups frozen strawberries, and the pulp of two limes.

Beef Stroganoff- I follow the recipe, mixing everything except the sour cream, and I don't make the noodles. I cool, then freeze in a gallon bag. When I'm ready to have it for dinner, I thaw in fridge, put the contents in a saucepan and add the sour cream. Heat it up, serve over egg noodles and dinner is ready
