Natasha Daly Pinning Etiquette?? Was blissfully unaware. Thanks for sharing!!
Please Re-Pin. This is the THE #PINTEREST PROJECT. A kind social media experiment to reach as many Pinterest users as possible (and Pinterest) to raise awareness about the importance of LINKING to the original source + respecting intellectual property online.

Kathleen Scanlon-Desio While I agree that intellectual property should be protected, to think that Pinterest is going to check each and every pin to make sure it is properly linked I think is a bit much.
Kate Kathleen, it's my understanding that this is a social media experiment, not a call to Pinterest admins. It's our responsibility as users to check that our pins link to original sources rather than aggregations, etc.
Leisa Watkins I totally agree that pinners should try to track down and link to the original source.
Mandi {Life...Your Way} Kathleen, I totally agree that Pinterest can't reasonably do this; it would be a waste of resources. But I do think they could help make people more aware of the importance of doing this or make it easier to see the link when you're repinning so you know whether something has been pinned correctly without having to open each one individually and go to the source yourself!
Great Tutorial on getting started with Pinterest {especially if you're new or completely lost}.

Santhi K Anyone know where I can read the blog post mentioned in this post- the about children needing the mummies more than 'perfect'celebrations?
