Kiss of the Yogini: Tantric Sex in its South Asian Contexts "focuses on sexualized ritual practices... centered on the exchange of powerful, transformative sexual fluids between male practitioners and wild female bird and animal spirits known as Yoginis. It was only by "drinking" the sexual fluids of the Yoginis that men could enter the family of the supreme godhead and thereby obtain supernatural powers and transform themselves into gods."

Despite the new age terminology (groan) and the suggestion at the end of testing your groceries (can anyone say "mental illness"?) this article tells how to use a pendulum correctly.

This would make an awesome altar for a closeted Witch (or one that lives in a tin studio and needs to save space). The top could be left blank or purely decorative, but once you open it up the raised part could be a devotional shrine, decoupaged. The chest could hold items for the altar.

Diff between relics and philatorys, just FYI. Plus, a great Etsy link to boot.
While there are other attributes to the ingredients used that I would have mentioned... yes.

The Foxfire books are an amazing project to document and preserve the knowledge of how to live without a grocery store and so much more. I have several in the series and hope to have all of them one day.
