Love stuff like this - Freeze greek yogurt in a muffin tin and slice up your favorite fruits. Add about 3 yogurt pucks with a cup and a half of fruit to a ziplock bag and then you have breakfast smooties premade for the morning. Just blend with a splash of juice and enjoy!

Lindsey Guajardo I set this up last night and had my first smoothie this morning. First, YUM; second, I added some whey protein to my smoothie; third, this makes a huge smoothie, at least 20 oz.
