The most awesome breakfast cookie ever - and no flour, no sugar, no dairy. 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripened bananas,1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, a handful of craisins, and asprinkle of cinnamon. Just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town! Great and super healthy

Vicki Walton For fluffier pancakes, separate the eggs. Whip the whites until stiff peaks form. Mix all your other wet ingredients together before adding to the dry ingredients. Fold the egg whites in before cooking on a griddle. I also added a FULL 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt to the dry ingredients because they tasted a little flat when I made them the first time...like bread made with out salt. These were awesome! I hope you enjoy. =)
