NOTEBOOK VOL1 : BEGIN. After the first exhibition at substation, these notebooks will be spread to 5 venues. There are 5 destinations for the viewers to actually experience the whole set of work. Like how we collect memories in the notebooks, the viewers are invited go on a trail to collect all the notebooks and discovers what the shops involved have to give. //The notebook represents an empty canvas – a blank slate to fill with vast imagination, ideas and inspiration. Presented by AlsOdoMinie, 8 creatives from different creative disciplines have collaborated with the specialist printer to design notebooks. Curated by Chin from Front Row// Creatives involved: Grace Tan (artist), Teo Ying Hui (fashion designer), Zul Mahmod (sound artist), Mark Lim (photographer), Louis Lam (graphic designer), Dean Chew (architect), Jeremy Hiah (artist), Xhin (DJ) and Zixi (illustrator).

Journal that last 6 years Inspired by the dating system found in the parking coupon in Singapore, the journal aims to connect the average Singaporean to what could have been an ancient art piece in the future with the electronic gantry system invading the car parks in Singapore. The tactile response from poking and tearing the dates can never be replaced by an electronic digit. It is somewhat beautiful knowing that an additional effort is required to tear off the dates, making precious every page of the journal. Even the Iphone requires a human touch.
