Spicy Dark Hot Chocolate for a Snowy Day 1 1/4 cups liquid (I used 1 cup water and 1/4 cup half & half; you could use all water, all milk, soy milk - whatever you prefer. Use less liquid if you like a really thick drink.) 2-3 oz dark chocolate, chopped 1 T cocoa powder 1/4 t cinnamon 1/4 t cardamom generous pinch sea salt generous pinch cayenne 1 T agave nectar Mix it all up in a saucepan over medium heat till warm and steamy. Serves 1-2, depending on your mood.
