I used mod podge to glue these pictures that I cut from a book I got at Goodwill onto a wooden letter from Michaels. I also put mod podge over the whole letter once all the pictures were in place so it had a glossy finish. It dries clear. After it dried, I drilled holes in the top for the ribbon. The book also had 2 pages that looked great in 8x10 frames.
