There are beautiful flowers available to Local Color Flowers in Maryland/Virginia in February. Sticks and willows have a winter feel, while alot of the cut flowers that are available give us a glimpse of what is coming in the Spring.
Rosemary is a great herb for bouquets and boutonierres because it doesn't wilt. It also smells amazing!
