As a Libra, October is my favorite month! It's also one of my favorite months for locally grown flowers. The colors and textures are so rich and there is so much to choose from...and of course...THE DAHLIAS!

Green hanging amaranth is also called Emerald Tassle. It's great for creating a trailing effect. There is also a burgandy/red variety called "love lies bleeding"! Not a great name for a wedding flower-but still very pretty!
