Two years ago, this was my #2 inspiration to make dramatic changes. I *knew* that I was a ticking time bomb for illness and injury. #1 was thinking about my beautiful girls and what I want modeled for them as they mature.

Can I prove that moving and happiness are scientifically linked? No. All I can say is I cannot remember ever in my life being this content. For me, that's enough.
