When painting something, use a few push pins in the back of the object to lift it off of the table. No more sticking to whatever its painted on.

I saw this and thought it was awesome... I stole this... it is not my own... 1/2 ELMERS GLUE/HALF WATER ~ USE SMALL PAINT BRUSH TO PAINT THAT ON ANY OLD JARS OR GLASS CONTAINERS ~ THEN ROLL RIGHT AWAY ON EPSOM OR ROCK SALT. TADA!!!~~ WHEN THEY ARE DRY YOU NOW HAVE TEA LIGHT AND CANDLE HOLDERS. THESE ARE EASY AND JUST BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOU ARE DONE.

Use up some old cotton Tshirts to create soft and stretchy braided headbands. Cheap, quick, and a no-sew project.

Great for a game of tag on a scorching hot day, squishy sponge balls are summer's alternative to snowballs. Made from kitchen sponges that are cut up and tied together, they last longer than water balloons and are softer and splashier than regular balls. You can get them at the dollar store!
