Clothespin Wreath All you need: Clothespins (I used like 54) Spray adhesive Scrapbook paper Exacto-knife Flat Black Paint Foam Poster Board 1st - Cut a circle in the poster board to your desired size, paint the poster board with flat black spray paint (you can cover it with felt also if you don't have paint) 2 Measure scrapbook paper to fit clothespins, cut and spray adhesive glue to glue scrap book paper on clothespins 3 Attach creative background, arrange clothespins as you desire
