Terri Witter I have my great-grandmothers button tin. have adorned jackets, sweaters, blouses, etc. Love to go through it and recognize skirts, etc that I had as a kid so have continued to add current ones for the next generation!

Debi Houck I started off with my grandma's buttons and then went to ebay. There I found people who bought collections of buttons from estate sales. I have some really old ones still on cards that I bought through ebay that were price 15 cent when they were new years ago. Great way for me and my 3 yr old granddaughter to start a tradition she now looks on the ground when we go places to see if she can fine a button someone has lost. ( I told her pennie were worth more look for for them)
Yes! Because I have limited sewing time and the tailor is cheap.

Lynn Palmertree I, myself, did not do this, but it is quite easy. Just trace a pattern onto the paper page and actually embroider the design right onto the paper. Really nice too.
