Originally pinned in Deliciousness... I made this tonight and my family enjoyed it. Although we did make some changes: I only had chicken broth so I used that in place of the beef broth. Also, only one of us likes carrots, so we used corn instead. I added it to the simmering beef instead of mashing it. We will be making this again.

Originally pinned in Deliciousness... I tried this recipe both ways and was not impressed with either one. One took longer than it was supposed to to bake; and the other was shorter. The cream cheese version came out like a brick; the sour cream version was a little better. Neither version was the fudgy treat I was anticipating. I will be removing this one from that board and not baking it again. So sad, it looked so good.

Originally pinned in Deliciousness, I finished these late the night before Christmas Eve. They are delicious! However, I bet they would have tasted better if I had followed directions. I mistakenly used 2/3 cup of sour cream instead of whipping cream. I was afraid they wouldn't turn out, but they did!
