Tried this today and it works REALLY well...Perfectly shredded chicken in seconds.... throw cooked chicken (still warm/hot) in Kitchen Aid with the paddle attachment. Turn to speed 4-6 and in 20 seconds you'll have perfect, restaurant style shredded chicken.

Kaylynne Gray Made these last night. They turned out, but I recommend cooking for one minute, otherwise they got dried out. Also, drop in the caramels half-way through cooking, or they sink to the bottom.
