persephone sunset moonstone I just now saw this comment (i am so sorry but i don't get pinterest notifications no matter how hard i try) What I did, was I bought silk ties at the thrift store (the thinner and DARKER the BETTER) ....I wrapped the eggs in the ties, wound the ends around and tied twist ties around them tightly.....I then boiled them in LOTS of vinegar and water..... For quite a while..... took them out, cooled them and took the silk off..... They weren't *as* brilliant as I'd've liked them...but they were VERY pretty. I felt like I had "succeeded" :) A warning: we did not eat the eggs.... We didn't know what sort of dye was in the ties.... Best luck!
