easy valentine's cookies: 1 box white cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, desired amount of red food coloring (I added 50 drops). Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 375 for 7 minutes.

Crock pot lemon pepper chicken: place 4 frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot. Pour juice from one lemon over chicken. Sprinkle 1 T of minced garlic, 1 t paprika, 1 t lemon pepper, 1 t parsley, 1/2 t salt over chicken. Place thin slices of 1/2 lemon around chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Super easy super yummy crock pot soup: can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 frozen chicken breasts, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, and enjoy!

Pidge Daniel It already calls for chili powder....I put more in than it calls for anyway. Plus green chilis, mushrooms & fresh jalapenos!
