Healthy Snack Idea: Grapes & Grahams: Take one graham cracker and split it into two squares. Spread each square with a light layer of cream cheese. Then sprinkle eight halved grapes over the top.

I am not a huge fan of chips, unless they have guacamole or pica de gallo on them. Potato chips make me feel like crap.

Thought this was kind of bleh before, but it'd be a good way to get a chocolate fix without going overboard.
I sit at work a lot, so I take the stairs whenever I go up or down the building. I also make sure I get up and walk around often.

Jeanna Aydelotte if you're doing the tea, that's a lie, it has calories. they add a sugary sryup if you don't specifically ask them not to.

Jen Cywinski True. I forget about that, I always order a green tea iced, but with a pump of raspberry syrup and no "classic", which is short for sweetener apparently. Thanks for pointing that out!
