To make brownie bites with caramel center start by freezing 24 Rolos. Make up your favorite brownie mix from the box. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each insert ⅔ of the way full with batter. Place a frozen Rolo in the center of each brownie. Spread batter from around the Rolo over the top to cover it completely. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Enjoy!
