Easy way to make hanging flower balls. Wiffle balls from dollar store, dollar store fake flowers, pull the stems off the flower, hot glue around the circle in the wiffle ball, press flower into the hole making sure the bottom of the flower, keep going until the ball is full of flowers, then hang with a ribbon arts-crafts

Buy the wood plaques at hobby lobby for $1, paint and mod podge your photo onto them.

Mod podge on tile! Buy a rough surfaced tile from Lowe's (less than a dollar) and mod podge pretty scrapbook paper on it. Then mod podge picture over that. Let dry and wrap with a pretty bow. Easy and cheap! You can also include a small stand to set the tile on.
