Cleaning fruit - fill sink with water, add 1 C. vinegar, mix. Add all fruit and soak for 10 minutes. Water will be dirty and fruit will sparkle with no wax or dirty film. Great for Berries too--keeps them from molding.

Cleaning your toilet with coca cola will get out the nastiest stains! One pinner said: "I had my cousin try it when they bought a house and the toilets were disgusting, this trick left the toilets looking like new! I have also used Coke for cleaning soot off of the fireplace heat box, or outdoor grill." Since it's the phosphoric acid that does a lot of the work in cleaning the toilet- it's just as effective to use soda water, and it might be better because it won't have a sugary residue

How to Clean Oven Glass - So Simple! Add about a 1/4 cup of baking soda in a dish and mix just enough water to make a slightly runny paste. Spread your mixture all over your glass (and the door if it needs it too. Mine did). Wait 15-20 mins (or 30 if it's really bad) then wipe off. Any spots that may be left will wipe off with scrubbing pad. Voila!

Pot Rack You don't need a prairie-size kitchen to manage the chaos of pot storage. A handrail and several S-hooks will turn a few square feet of wall into a convenient rack for kitchenware. Handrails are better than towel bars for the job, because they support more weight. Look for them, in sizes from 12 to 32 inches long, at surgical-supply stores. As for the pots and pans, you already know which cabinet door hides an avalanche of those.

Who knew?? Use baking soda and vinegar to fix funky towels. Over time, and with many washes, your bath towels will build up detergent and fabric softener residue, leaving them both unable to absorb as much water and smelling kinda funky when they do. Rather than give Target another lump sum, run them through the wash once with hot water and a cup of vinegar, then again with hot water and a half-cup of baking soda, as wikiHow suggests. That strips the residue from them, and leaves...

To get your drain running again (without resorting to chemicals worthy of a hazmat suit) pour ½ cup soda, then ½ cup vinegar, down a clogged drain. Cover it with a wet cloth, wait 5 minutes, uncover, and flush with steaming-hot water.
