the backs of two antique chairs & make a bench, awesome for the foot of the bed or entryway. So simple! Via the Cottage House.
Paint the bench the wall and the coat rack the same color to make it look like a built-in piece.
This was made from Stock Cabinets that you can find at any big box home improvement store. Awesome!

WORKS EVERY TIME! idea for getting bigger baseboards without ripping all your old ones out: add small molding a few inches above and paint wall space in between the same color.

buy tablecloths to use as draperies....much less expensive, already hemmed, meant to launder often, and many patterns and colors available out there! 60x84 {or buy 60x104 so you can hem them AND still have matching fabric left over for pillows or other coordinating pieces!}

Amber Gunter uh, I already plan to make a table like that, with a smaller one that can make it even longer for when company comes. We should meet in the middle and get building!! ;)

Letters in frames w/ scrap paper backs - could be a family or child's name, or "Christmas" or "Autumn" or "Harvest". Also love the mix of letter styles.

Each baby shower guest is assigned a letter & is asked to bring that letter decorated for the nursery. Very neat idea!
