SarahK Fleming As a next-door neighbor of backyard chicken raisers, I can say yes, they'd mind. My front porch smells like a chicken coup half the year, and the chickens wake any guests we have. Boo!

"Meyer Improved" Lemon tree- the previous kind were carriers of a virus that killed other citrus trees. Meyer lemon fruits have a sweeter, less acidic flavor than the more common Lisbon or Eureka grocery store lemon varieties. They can be planted in a container so we can take it with us if we move.
cucumbers are sweeter when you plant them with sunflowers...other tips on this blog re: gardening...
