Zesty Italian Potatoes! Yummy! Red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coat with a package of zesty Italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Top with grates Parmesan cheese.

Crockpot Lemon Chicken ~ Put cube of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, and pop the lid on. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-8 hours.

Party Chicken... Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins wrapped in bacon and then top with a mixture of cream of chicken soup and a cup of sour cream. Cover with foil and bake at 225 for about 4 hours. Then remove foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. This is great for Sunday dinner...just put it in before church and it's ready by noon! The chicken is so tender and tasty...you can cut it with a fork!

Add a little parmesan cheese just before they are done, you will also have to make two pan's one is just not enough because they are so good! Squash Chips 375 degrees for about 30 min.

Mix together one 1oz packet of ranch seasoning mix and one 1oz packet of taco seasoning with one can of chicken broth and cooked on low for 3 hours. Then I shredded the chicken and followed the recipe as written. Really, really good!!

Erin Hykin I made it this weekend, using a different meatloaf recipe, and topping it with mashed potatoes from a pastry bag. I had to practically fight my 2 and 4 year old boys to keep them back from dinner. Awesome toddler meal.
string cheese chopped into bite size pieces, dipped in milk and bread crumbs, baked at 425 for 8-10 minutes- serve with marinara sauce! Delish!

Pizza Casserole - Ingredients: 1 bag of Egg Noodles 1 extra large can of Ragu sauce {or any tamato sauce you prefer} 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese {or more depending on how much you ♥ cheese!} 1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat 1 package pepperonis ~~ I do this but without hamburger meat, with rotini noddles, and pizza sauce. Kev loves it. ~~

"OMG Chicken" Just mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!
