Made this cake and Every Single Person said, "Wow" after their first bite. Secret: Lime Jello gives it the green color, lime juice mixed with sugar poured over the warm cake layers makes it puckery good, and the cream cheese frosting is, well . . . the frosting on the cake!

Healthy, quick breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana and oatmeal squares. // These are awesome! A pan doesn't last 2 days in our house. They're delicious and super good for you, especially if you substitute applesauce for the brown sugar--one bar is 128 calories & 5 grams of protein. Perfect breakfast with a glass of cold milk. YUM! Awesome toddler food, too.

Prepare pancake mix as stated on the box.  Then pour all the batter into a large ziploc bag and freeze!  Once you are ready to use it, take it out of the freezer to thaw, snip off a corner of the bag, and you have quick & mess free pancake mix!  It's a great way to use up a few cups of milk before it expires! How smart is this!

Left over coffee... Freeze it in an ice cube tray. Save until you have enough to put in a blender with your favorite coffee creamer to make a "fancy" frappuccino. Yummy!

Freeze a banana, then combine with 2 tbsp cocoa powder and blend until smooth & creamy. Dairy-free, 110 calories. But most importantly: delicious, because seriously, bananas and chocolate were meant to be together.

Yum! All you do is mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip. Used as a frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a substitute for plain Cool Whip in desserts like this chocolate trifle, a hot chocolate topping, or a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit.
