Pama Prairie 1.25 oz Prairie Organic Vodka 1 oz Pomegranate Simple Syrup (The Lobby Bar uses Stirrings Simple Pomegranate Martini Mixer) 4 oz Ginger Ale Lime Wedge and Maraschino Cherry Fill a 12 oz cocktail glass with ice. Add the Prairie Organic Vodka, then add the Pomegranate Simple Syrup. Top with Ginger Ale, and garnish with a lime wedge and a Maraschino cherry. A light spring cocktail with a sweet, slightly tart flavor.

Whole Fruit Margarita ¼ cup water 6 oz. tequila 2 oz. Grand Marnier 1 medium orange, peeled, halved 1 lime, peeled, halved 1 lemon, peeled, halved, seeded ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. sugar 6 cups ice cubes Place all ingredients into Vitamix® container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients into the blades. Pour into salt-rimmed margarita glasses.

Mimosa Mist - 1.5 oz OJ - 5 raspberries - .75 oz lemon juice - .75 oz simple syrup - ice - champagne Muddle raspberries in cocktail shaker; add OJ, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake and strain into champagne flute and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with orange twist and raspberry.
