Roatan, Honduras 1999. The world’s second longest barrier reef system lies just off Roatan’s shores, lots of great diving. Many evenings at Foster's and the Twisted Toucan. Stayed in a hammock in the West End. Banana pancakes at Rudy's are a must have.
