This *is* the World's Best Mac and Cheese! It's Kurt Beecher Dammeier's recipe from his "Pure Flavor" cookbook. People line up for it at Beecher's at the Pike Place Market in Seattle.
I'm not sure why this sounds good right now: ground turkey, enchilada sauce, biscuits in a can (1/4thd), cheese, tomato sauce and cheese.

Salsa: Makes 4-5 1/2 pints jars Ingredients: 3 C cored/seeded tomatoes 3 C seeded jalapenos 1 C onions 1 C red wine vinegar 6 cloves garlic peeled 2 T cilantro 2 t oregano 2 t salt (add more if needed) 1/2 t cumin juice of 1 large lime Method: Combine all ingred in food processor or blender, pulse until all chopped pour into pot and boil for 10 min ladle into prepped jars boil bath covered for 15 min. Remove lid, let sit for 5 min then remove jars and let cool.
