These carrots are amazing! Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly crunchy perfection!

This is the best breakfast cookie ever! And the best part - no flour, no sugar, and no dairy! Ingredients- 1.5 C. oats, 2-3 super rippened bananas, 1 C. unsweetened applesauce, handful of craisins, cinnamon to taste. Pretty much just throw everything together, mix it up well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes! It's good and good for you!

Chicken Ranch Tacos...These come out amazing in the crockpot! Use 2 lbs. of raw (not frozen) chicken breast, 1 packet of dry ranch dressing, 1 packet chicken taco seasoning & 1 can of chicken broth. Put that all in the crockpot and cooked on low for 3 hours then shredded the chicken and let it cook on low another 30 min. Heat the taco shells and assemble your tacos and oh my tasty eats!!!
