cookie dough bites...! 1. Cream 1 cup butter and 1.5 cups brown sugar together. 2. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 2 cups flour, mix well 3. Mix in 6 oz chocolate chips 4. Roll into 1-inch balls. 5. Refrigerate 30 minutes. 6. Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving. 7. Store in the refrigerator.

Make 1" cuts into potato and stuff onion slices, butter, garlic and spices inside! Spray with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roll it up in foil and bake it! Ninety minutes to potato perfection!

Melissa Cartun The paleo diet doesn't do anything a normally moderated diet made of healthy choices wouldn't do it's just that eating raw food reduces calorie intake. Some foods' nutrients are better absorbed when they are cooked (like carrots and tomatoes). Also watch out for protein deficiencies, there aren't a lot of sources of raw protein.
Sarah Thornton It's not really about eating raw, more do about eating more natural, unprocessed foods. I get plenty of protein. This was the best life choice to change my eating habits to this way. It's not a diet, it's a way of life. ♥
