Zesty Italian Potatoes! Yummy! Red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coat with a package of zesty Italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Top with grates Parmesan cheese.

Cake Batter Blondies Recipe with simple pink frosting
ZEBRA cake instructions: just color half of white cake batter. Drop 2-3 tbsp of first color into center of cake pan, then do the same with the other color, making concentric circles. Keep layering the colors on top of each other. The batter will spread out on its own but once in a while you might need to tap the pan on the counter to help it along. If you don't get it to spread evenly, it won't bake evenly.

It's tastes the best with fritos!.... (LOL and this is my-Lea Anna's- addition to the end....whomever wrote this must have been drunk)!!! Maybe I can translate the recipe tho!! HAHA!!

Southwest chicken!!!! We make This often... SO easy and SOOO yummy!! Chicken tenderloins-cut into small squares, 2 cups instant rice, 1 taco seasoning, 1 can rotel, grated cheese. Cook chicken in skillet. Add 1 1/2 cups water, taco seasoning and rotel. Heat to boiling. Add 2 cups instant rice. Stir, remove from heat and cover. Once water is absorbed, stir and top with cheese. Let cheese melt and voila!! Dinners served! Eat with tostitos, tortillas or by itself!

"OMG Chicken" Just mix Helmann's mayo (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!
