Good article on the whole runway models vs. "plus size" models. The controversial photo (which I didn't pin) is kinda disturbing with the feeling, like I feel like its' trying to be intimate when that's not the point of the picture), otherwise the other photos of this model, Katya Zharkova, a plus size (size 12 US) model are great. This is always an interesting controversy and I get that there is the problem of who should decide the sizes to display. A plus size is currently a size 6-12? that's crazy. 6 is medium to me. I feel like when I read these things that people simply cannot find a happy middle. It's like we have to love insanely skinny or overweight-obese. I liked one of the comments, the lady gave her stats as a small person and she eats terrible and is not healthy but people perceive her as such just because she is skinny. ANyway, interesting article. I think that bigger women need to be realistic (just as smaller women do too) about what you should be happy and settled with. I feel like some people want to use this argument to simply say that "I'm beautiful at any size." well, that's well and good, but are you healthy? Are you going to last 5-10 more years like that? Again extremely skinny or extremely big.... it is hard to draw the line. There is NO line either. :D

Easy-quick to read, short article on doctoroz.com: 5 Tips to Boost Energy and End Fatigue. I liked that it didn't focus on specific foods (as I have many food allergies I usually cannot eat general diet information sites give out)....but that it gives tips on balancing your carbs, fiber, fats etc. in order get the most out of your meals and meal times.
