Grilled cabbage with lemon-worchestershire dressing. This is INSANELY delicious, inexpensive, easy and healthy. I omitted the bacon bits to keep it lean - still tasty!

Dr. Oz: Peanut Butter & Chocolate --"This tasty duo will satisfy even the most voracious sweet tooth. Melt a bar of dark chocolate and mix it into a jar of organic peanut butter. Leave it in the fridge so that it cools and the flavors blend. When a sugar craving strikes, have a spoon. One spoonful has 4.5 grams of sugar. Compare this to your average brownie with a whopping 30 grams of sugar, & you’re well on your way to shaking your sugar habit in healthy ways you never thought possible!"

Puree canned black beans with scallions, jalapeno, and cumin, then mix with brown rice to make these hearty patties. Serve them as veggie burgers or as appetizers, accompanied by cilantro-lime yogurt sauce.

interesting...Take a little less than a quarter cup of quick oats, 1 egg, a small handful of blueberries, and some brown sugar or Stevia if you like things sweet, and mix it all up in a coffee mug. If you want your muffin a little moist a tablespoon of plain soymilk or almond milk will do it. Then place in the microwave for 1 min. Watch it carefully! This could overflow!
