These pendants make heartfelt adornments. The small hearts and circles can be shaped by hand
This is a heart scarf made out of wool sweaters....but I'm thinking, you could just use felt and make it more as a garland. I ♥ hearts.
Paint Chips-this site has tons of cool uses for paint chips. :-)
Doily wreath-made from a red plastic plate, about 100 doilys (doilies SP?), a glue gun and some wide ribbon. Cute and cheap....my 2 favorite things in a craft.

Very cute and inexpensive Valentine/spring/Easter decor. Just change the bucket and/or felt color.

Love! I don't think I would put the word welcome on mine though. It might be nice just to hang anywhere around the house, not just the front door.

Felt wreath for Valentines Day. This looks time consuming, but easy. It reminds me of love..and hearts...and this blog has some other cute heart stuff on it too. This is just a wreath form, felt squares (4inches) cut into spiral shapes then rolled up, hot glue them to the wreath, and use ribbon or tulle to hang. :-) think she said she used 10 pieces of each color felt, which each piece made 4 squares, with a strip left on side of each sheet. She rolled these up like sushi and filled in the holes with them. :-)
