I don't do this kind of thing often because I figure that people will figure out for themselves what works for their bodies and what doesn't. But I have to put out a big phat WOW for Cacao Infused Green Superfood from Amazing Grass. Mix a scoop in with chocolate almond milk and ice cubes in blender and OMG, how can that possibly be good for me when it is incredibly yummy? I'm really loving it!

Also very easy almond flour, gluten free cookie...seems from reading various recipes for this type of thing, you could try raw honey or agave or maple syrup or stevia -- play and see which gives flavor you like...hmmm, will have to play!

Oh I loooove this! The Spunky Coconut has a smoothie recipe -- basically a recipe I use all the time, but she's added chia seeds! Hmmmmm!?! Okay, tomorrow morning's smoothie will be trying chia's!
Hmmmmm?? I'm just learning about Chia Seeds myself and am not sure if the texture will be something I can take or not. But over at Food Doodles, she's shared this great chocolate pudding recipe -- photos make it look like maybe a tapioca-ish cocoa pudding?? Will have to try this!

Fresh Naan bread... it doesn't keep well because it is whole food yum with no preservatives. Always wanted to learn how to make it with cilantro, too. MMM will try this!

hmmmm that kinda makes sense to massage the kale leaves -- like you would do with raw nettle, rolling up and squishing thoroughly to break the spikes and bitter -- you would be breaking the bitter in the kale massaging it... never thought of that before!
