I don't do this kind of thing often because I figure that people will figure out for themselves what works for their bodies and what doesn't. But I have to put out a big phat WOW for Cacao Infused Green Superfood from Amazing Grass. Mix a scoop in with chocolate almond milk and ice cubes in blender and OMG, how can that possibly be good for me when it is incredibly yummy? I'm really loving it!

Vid on Rollo May's existentialism. Oddity: vid shows images in reference to love, will, creativity, hope, self discovery--all of children, pregnant women, in-tact families. SUCH a core example of how psych field & world culture do NOT get it. For every dead child, there is a family left behind who must face this existential angst in a world where love antidote is living children, live birth, in-tact families. It is discouraging to say the least. The search for better paradigm continues.

Just playing around, using Kindle Fire as a canvas. Trying to see what it can and can't do. This one is just done finger tip style. I need a stylus to refine. Also the app I used doesn't allow high res output, so nothing could be printed from it. Exploring other app options to remedy that, too. We'll see.
