A little heat makes old tape work like new Sometimes, masking tape that's been sitting on a shelf for years won’t pull off the roll without tearing. Freshen it by microwaving it for 10 seconds. Heat softens the adhesive for easy release

Spring is coming and this is the BEST Weed Spray. I made 3 gallons for around $4.00 last year after seeing a pin. Worked better than Round Up & killed the weeds/stray grass on first application. One gallon of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, 1/2 c table salt, 1 tsp Dawn. Mix and pour into a smaller spray bottle. (you can purchase 3 gallon size Apple Cider Vinegar in the canning section of a good hardware store - cheap!)
Add a tablespoon of vanilla extract per pint of paint and mix it in REALLY well. It doesn't affect the paint but it will get rid of the smell and you will be able to breath more easily with your next painting project.
Peel and stick floor tiles used for shelving. Great tip for easy clean up!

Budget Saver!!!! Cool idea! These are dried out water-based markers. I'm actually turning them into liquid watercolor that paints beautifully. I just fill a clean baby food jar with water, tie about six dry markers with a rubber band, and set them in the top of the jar. I let them sit over night and watercolor is made!
"Each member of the family has a mesh lingerie laundry bag, and a hook. They put their dirty socks in the bag each night. Then when it's full, you wash the whole mesh zipped up bag, and give it back! No more sorting through and figuring out which socks are for which person!" --
